These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Glowtique Weave Beauty Salon L.L.C. By booking an appointment, entering the premises, or receiving any service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. The salon operates as a ladies-only facility, and all services are strictly provided to female clients in order to maintain privacy, comfort, and the intended service environment.
Appointments may be scheduled through WhatsApp, phone, or the official online booking system. All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by the salon. Clients are advised to arrive on time for their appointments; late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability. The salon reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to operational requirements, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
To ensure fairness to both clients and staff, any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in refusal of future bookings or a requirement for advance payment before accepting future appointments. Repeated no-shows may lead to permanent booking restrictions at the salon’s discretion.
Payment for all services is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in advance. The salon accepts cash and approved card payment methods. For promotional packages, prepaid treatments, or bundled offers, full payment must be made prior to service delivery. The salon reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
All services are provided with professional care and consultation; however, due to the nature of beauty treatments, all services are strictly non-refundable once completed. Prepaid packages, promotions, and discounted services are also non-refundable but may be transferable at the sole discretion of the salon management. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences or changes of mind after service completion.
All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, availability, and validity periods. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. The salon reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Any unused services included in promotional packages must be used within the stated validity period and will expire thereafter.
Clients are responsible for informing the salon prior to treatment of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or skin and hair concerns that may affect service delivery. Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of adverse reactions, for which the salon cannot be held responsible. The salon maintains hygiene and safety standards; however, client cooperation is required to ensure safe treatment conditions.
While the salon maintains a secure and monitored environment, clients are advised to keep personal belongings with them at all times. Glowtique Weave Beauty Salon L.L.C shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.
Beauty treatments involve variables beyond the salon’s control, including individual hair condition, skin type, prior treatments, and adherence to aftercare instructions. For this reason, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Professional recommendations and aftercare guidance provided by salon staff should be followed to maintain optimal results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the salon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. The salon shall also not be responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
The salon reserves the absolute right to refuse or discontinue service in cases involving inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, hygiene issues, or any situation that may compromise the well-being of staff or clients. This decision shall be made at the sole discretion of salon management.
Client information is collected solely for appointment management, service records, and communication purposes. Personal data is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with client consent.
Glowtique Weave Beauty Salon L.L.C reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication, and continued use of services shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the UAE.
